The Autotuner One is not just a piece of hardware; it changes how high-performance engine tuning is delivered. Traditionally, custom ECU remapping meant physically bringing your car to a specialist tuning workshop, often for a full day on a dynamometer.
The Autotuner One dongle removes that geographical barrier. It works as a secure, user-friendly interface that connects a vehicle owner anywhere in the world to a professional tuner.
Its primary function is to serve as a conduit for remote ECU mapping, so our tuners can deliver custom tuning files directly to your vehicle over the internet.
Six steps, from your driveway.
The elegance of the Autotuner One lies in how simple the process is for you. Here is the typical workflow.
Order your package
Purchase a remote tuning package from our shop. Along with the service you receive the Autotuner One dongle, posted to you on a next-day 1 pm service within the UAE, or a 48-hour service to mainland Europe.
Plug in the dongle
Download the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play, then plug the Autotuner One dongle into your vehicle’s OBD port.
Read the original file
The app guides you through reading your vehicle’s original ECU software. This creates a digital copy of the factory map, with all the crucial data about the engine’s current state and hardware identifiers.
Send it to us
Save the original file and send it to us through the app or by email.
We write your custom tune
We open your original file with our master tool and save our modifications as a new, custom-tuned file. It is encrypted and can only be written by the specific Autotuner One dongle it was assigned to.
Flash the new map
We send the modified file back to you. Connect the dongle again and use the app to write the new file to the car’s ECU. The process typically takes only a few minutes.
03 · The tuner’s expertise at work

With your original file open in our master tool, we apply our expertise and modify hundreds of parameters, such as:
- Fuelling maps and injection timing
- Ignition timing advance
- Boost pressure targets for turbocharged engines
- Torque limiters
- Throttle response maps
Datalogging and revisions
This is what separates a generic tune from a custom one. The Autotuner One can log data while you drive, such as air-fuel ratios, boost pressure and ignition timing corrections. That datalog comes back to us, so we can analyse the car’s real-world performance and make fine adjustments.

Dashboard
From here you can talk to us using the built-in chat, read your vehicle’s data, send us the file, and write the tuned files you receive from us back to the vehicle.
Garage
Each One device is linked to a single vehicle via its VIN, but the app lets you manage multiple One devices, so you can support multiple vehicles.
Read and send file
Each time you take a read of your vehicle, the file is automatically sent to us and delivered directly to the AT Cloud web interface.
