Exceptional customer service from the team at MSL Performance! I originally brought my car in simply to have the brake pads and discs changed. As part of the service, the team carried out a complimentary full vehicle inspection and took videos to show me exactly what they had found. During the inspection, they discovered a gearbox oil leak, an engine oil leak and cracks in one of the control arm bushes. They immediately made me aware and showed me the issues themselves. I’m extremely grateful they took the time to inspect the car properly, especially as this is my daughter’s car and she drives it regularly. Nothing is more important to me than knowing my family is safe on the road. What impressed me even more was that MSL managed to source the parts, complete all the additional work and have the car back to me within the SAME DAY. I genuinely wasn’t expecting them to get everything done so quickly. The car is now running beautifully and smoothly. A huge thank you to the entire team at MSL Performance. Exceptional customer care from start to finish, completely transparent throughout, and fantastic workmanship. You have definitely gained a long-term customer.
